Our family-owned company has been performing expert plumbing work for the past 40 years, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. Luckily, we offer more than just drain cleaning; we offer a comprehensive assessment of what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent it in the future. Usually, we’ll apply a layer of Bio-Clean, a naturally occurring solution that prevents clogs via enzymes and microbiomes, to mitigate against future issues.
Can you imagine taking a cold shower for the rest of your life? Sometimes, choosing the smelly route is better than having to endure ten or so minutes of icy water. Luckily, hot water heaters exist, but that doesn’t mean they’re invincible. If your water heater is down, call us and we’ll come over to fix or replace it as soon as possible. SLAB LEAK DETECTIONS AND REPAIRS
Most homes are constructed with concrete foundations called “slabs.” A slab leak, then, is a water leak inside of the slab that’s usually difficult to detect. Catching these leaks before they can cause extensive damage is crucial because they could cause damage to the foundation, mold growth, odors, and more. Our plumbers have the tools to detect slab leaks and repair them as soon as possible. If you notice the signs of a slab leak, like dampness and an odd smell, it’s important to act fast. We can help!
We couldn’t have plumbing if it weren’t for pipes: they’re the foundation of the systems. Pipes, like most things, sustain damages after years of wear and tear and eventually need to be replaced. Mojica Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is experienced in repairing and replacing both gas and water pipes, as well as sump pumps, underground water drains, and more. It’s important to have issues diagnosed correctly and fixes performed according to what the diagnosis calls for. Some pipe problems only require a simple repair while others need a replacement. For any home’s plumbing system, issues are inevitable regardless of how diligent you are about maintenance and keeping drains free of clogging instigators. Instead of taking apart every little piece of your pipes and drains to find what’s causing the issues, we use something that makes problem detection a lot easier. Video inspections are performed with a camera at the end of a long hose that’s attached to a monitor. We slip the camera into the drains and the camera displaced what’s going on down in the drains. Video inspections are used to detect crushed, cracked, and misaligned pipes as well as pipes that are blocked by trees and other objects and substances. The time we spend looking for the issues is reduced tenfold, and we’re better able to focus on what really matters: fixing the problem!
